#Challenge8: Honor your Being

Ok so the challenge isn’t over quite yet . This one is the most important off them all; Honor your hard work. And this goes for the theme of this week as well regardless if you’ve attempted the challenge or not. Because I’m sure their are challenges of your own you have to be proud of.

First, stop and reflect on your experience. What did you like about it? What part was the most challenging? How did you feel? Did you awaken any fears? Which ones?

Now thank every single cell in your body for being a part and pushing threw. We tend to forget that every single cell is just as alive as its whole. Dr. Masuru Emoto demonstrates how powerful sending love can be with his research on water. And considering we are composed of over 60% water that statement means a lot. This challenge was not an easy one, especially considering it was unexpected. Just reading and the simple thought of attempting it is already one step closer to achievement. A seed is planted in the subconscious mind, waiting to be fertilized and nurtured. And remember to thank every single obstacle as well because they are what moves us forward. The discomfort of our obstacles or situations is what makes us want to look into or do something about it. Its like the caterpillar pushing her wings out of her cocoon so as to brake free.

Third, Forgive yourself for any action you deemed wrong for there is nothing wrong with trying. Challenges are here to help us gauge our likes and dislike and in return help us find ourselves. With practice our reactions to situations will turn into responses and just like Alchemy, you will be turning metal into gold soon enough. Leadership is simply a question of confidence and believing in yourself. Trust and believe in yourself enough to know that you can achieve anything you desire.

Honor your Being and all its hard work just for this week. And remember to trust and believe that you are moving forward because you are.

1- #JustForToday: I will Visualize who I want to be.
Keep visualizing ! What images makes you feel the best inside?

2- #JustForToday: I will Calm down mind chatter.
“Just for today , I will not take anything personally. I will control my mind instead of it controlling me. I will be worry free and I will turn my negatives into positives.”

My commitments shape who I am. Who am I?

I’m important too.

5- #JustForToday: I will Think as if no one is coming to save me.
I’m am powerful.

I will step out of my comfort zone just for today.

7- #JustForToday: My curiosity will get the best of me.
We forget how precious curiosity is. We think it’s just for the young Souls. In reality it’s what keeps our souls young. Without curiosity none of what we have would have come to existence. Behind every idea, there was the enchantment of what if? Before any great self-discovery the constant questionings of Our reality and the reality of other were essential and so the funnest part. Just for today act like a child and question Everything that sparks your spirit’s of interest.

1- #JustForToday: I will Visualize who I want to be.
Who would your ultimate self be.

2- #JustForToday: I will Calm down mind chatter.
“Just for today , I will not take anything personally. I will control my mind instead of it controlling me. I will be worry free and I will turn my negatives into positives.”

3- #JustForToday: I will Commit.
Push this little further now. Commit to doing 2 things that bring you closer to your higher self.

4- #JustForToday: I will Do something for myself.
Do something that makes you feel happy. This helps us reconnect with ourselves. And in return helps us reconnect with the higher beings we are.

5- #JustForToday: I will Think as if no one is coming to save me.
Take back your power.

6- #JustForToday: I will take a risk.
Taking risks is a skill. And a true leader is in constant search of mastering it. They understand that it’s essential for the growth of any project or goal, it’s that drop, a.k.a. that risk, that institutes the tipping point of Success . They master it by calculating and acting on them. It’s hard sometimes because fear comes creeping in, trying to discredit the incredible beings we are and the incredible powers we posses. Just for today take a risk. Weither it is responding and or exploring certain curiosities, expressing concerns that have been weighing your heart or simply trying something new. The results might not be the ones you expect and that is ok because that’s how we learn. Through exploration we start to understand what we want, what we don’t want, how we want it and what we are prepared to give or to loss to certain experiences. This takes us even deeper in the finding out who we are and the risks we choose to make gets us close to the person we want to be ❤ So just for today take a risk, have fun and reflect on your experience.

1-#JustForToday: Visualize who you want to be.
If you are still having trouble with this, It’s ok, give yourself an alter ego Whatever empowers your Being. A friend calls herself Sasha Fierce!

2- #JustForToday: Calm down mind chatter.
This takes practice just remember that practice makes perfect. There is only two more days to go.

3- #JustForToday: Commit.
Be the example.

4- #JustForToday: Do something for yourself.
Remember to give some time for yourself, you deserve it.

5- #JustForToday: Think as if no one is coming to save you.
We are not here to be saved. Having this mind set gives us the opportunity to take back our power, to be our own hero. We are all connected but ultimately the best thing we can do for ourselves is believe in ourselves. Xx

1-#JustForToday: Visualize the person you want to be.
If you are still having trouble doing this, I know I am, try thinking of all the individuals whom have inspired you so far. What about them inspire you towards this person you know, or at least your subconscious knows, is inside? That person who has done, said or dared things you have only thought of and have always wanted to explore. The friend that stood their ground or the performer that killed it on stage. Our feelings, intuition, is your compass**. 

2- #JustForToday: Calm down mind chatter.
Just for today stick with calming down mind chatter. It’s the hardest one but with the most substantial results. You are doing awesome, keep it up!

3- #JustForToday: Commit.
Commit to integrity. Just for today, do one thing that is in alignment with the being you want to be. Be the example

4- #JustForToday: Do something for yourself and turn it into a ritual.
Just for today, take 5 min, at least, for yourself. You deserve your own attention as much as the next. Yes I am once again putting a great amount of emphasis in regards to this! Do something that makes you feel good about yourself and relaxed. This challenge is to an extra importance this time because it is used in reconnecting with ourselves and reconnecting with ourselves is, as already mentioned, leadership 101. We can’t lead if we don’t know where we are leading too.

We know where we are leading too, when we know who we are.

We know who we are, when we have found ourself.

And we find our higher self, when we are responding in accordance with the greater good for ourself and for all.

The greatest Love of them all. Take this time for yourself and turn it as a ritual, make it sacred part of your day. It’s important. So just for today, take that 5 mins for yourself and sit alone on the stairs in front of your office. Or get that 5$ iced caramel frappuccino your crazing so much and enjoy every sip. Go for that jog, put on that mascara and or eyeliner your didn’t have time to put on this morning.

1- #JustForToday: Visualize the person you want to be.
If you still have trouble with this brake it down. Think of what kind of daughter, son, entrepreneur, teacher, mother, Lover, the kind of boss you want to be or become. Your highest self is the person that make you feel the happiest inside.

2- #JustForToday: Monitor mind chatter.
Thoughts are like seeds planted in the mind. We decide the kind of fertilizer we use. When something is repeated long enough it becomes, something psychologist like to say, the self fulling prophecy. If we constantly bombard our mind with unrealistic thoughts of negativity we self sabotage ourself. We bring our vibrational level down and in consequence attract these things or misfortune. Misfortune is in the eye of the beholder. When your better able to control your mind you’ll be able to see and even transforme misfortunes into opportunity.

3- #JustForToday: Commit
Its easy to get distracted and never finish any projects or goals we set out. A leader is able to set himself or herself a mission and plan accordingly. They do not wait around for anyone to assign them one either. They challenge themselves constantly and stick to it. This helps them build confidence, determination and integrity. Just for today set yourself a goal. The smaller the better. It could be as simple as doing the laundry. Committing to go to that yoga class. Making someone smile. Making that rude barista at your usual coffee shop feel amazing and appreciated. Commit to just one thing today and stick to it. Importantly be proud when you’ve achieved it. I even encourage you to start recording them so as to go back and remind yourself of your achievements.

Take this a step further now, feel and act as if you were that person right now. You are this person.

2-#JustForToday: Calm down mind chatter.

I can’t stress it enough. Monitoring thoughts. Overthinking,  takes up a lot of time and time can’t be bought back. It fogs the mind from seeing solutions. A leader is able to take control of his mind, better assess and respond to the challenges of life. I emphasize the word respond because when our mind is running free with negativity we tend to react as oppose to respond. And the outcome of reacting is generally an explosive kind.

Just for today, choose your thoughts and avoid Overthinking, avoid people who have tendencies of complaining or who simply  are upsetting your well being at the moment. Take breaks and find moment for yourself even if it is simply looking yourself in the eye in the bathroom mirror

Awakening the leader inside you

I’ve been requested to write about leadership this week by an incredible soul to help her on her journey. Throughout my blogs, I have been writting about the importance of breaking down foundations in order to reprogramme the concious and unconcious brainwashings. After a challenging week, I realize now that I have been doing so to awaken the leader in myself and as a result, the incredible leaders, I am convinced, that are inside every single one of us. I am dedicating this whole week and as well issuing a challenge to all my entrepreneurs here at AllWomen, Natali Lukin, Mareta Lukin, Maggiee Ryan, Lee-Anna Holder, Gaela Azi, Stefanie Tan, Christina Papavasiliou, to AllWomen readers, to anyone and everyone facing all kinds of challenges, to Myself, more importantly to my beautiful niece, and all future generations.

We owe it to ourselves and more importantly to our future to take responsibility for our actions. What’s a leader to me? Someone who is living to there highest potential. What is our highest potential to me? It is who we are dedicated to be at all times. Regardless of the trials, or tests put in our paths, it is time to rise up from our slumber.

For the next 7 days, I will provided you with one exercise that I’ve found to be the most influential to me in how to rise up to these challenges. I’ve learned them from great Leaders and guides such as John C. Maxwell and Eckhart Tolle. These exercises will be complementing each other throughout the week.

Tonight picture yourself as the ultimate human being you’d like to become. The one that can overcome any challenges. The one that has risen up and is now giving back. Strip away all limitation. See that hero inside of you. Do this every morning for the next 7 days and as many times as you can throughout the day.

I don’t know about you, but I’m ready for change, I’m ready for creating a movement and would love to have you all by my side. Tag everyone you want to challenge and/or awaken the leader within or share it on your page ❤
